Refund policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Preorder items ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. Orders ship Monday–Friday using a trusted carrier, and tracking is provided once your order ships.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Preorder items cannot be canceled once production has begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on canvases, accessories, preorder items, sale items, or digital products.

Refunds are issued only if an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I’ll take care of it.

All international orders are final sale. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
